Charity Registration
CSICBR Application for Funding for the 2025 ride is now closed.
Charities must supply -
- at least ONE competent driver for the duration of the event. (registration form under drivers tab MUST be filled in and fee paid prior to the bike ride).
- a representative to speak at the first training ride introducing their charity.
- provide a designated (preferably new) rider to ride for your charity. (registration form under the riders tab MUST be filled in and fee paid prior to the bike ride. All riders MUST collect a minimum of $500 donations, and forwarded to the Secretary/Treasurer prior to the bike ride).
- depending on percentage of monies your charity will receive, you will be asked to either
i. supply lunch at a designated venue (you may be working with one other charity).
ii. Provide a quantity of fruit cake for the event (quantity to be advised closer to the event).
- provide a overview of your organisation for the CSICBR website.
- within 12 months of the event, an accountability report on the monies received (with photos if possible) is to forwarded to the Secretary, CSICBR.
- the application must be signed by two (2) people from your organisation i.e. secretary, chairperson, CEO, board member. NB: unsigned documents will not be considered.
- a resolution from your minutes, signed by your chairperson, is to be attached to the application.
