Ride Group Information

Riders are arranged into groups depending on fitness and riding experience. The ride groups will be posted below after the first couple of training rides when riders have found the group they are most comfortable in.
The ride groups below are tentative as in the past we've found that riders will go up and down depending on fitness. The groups usually sort themselves out on the training rides where everyone will find the group that suits their cycling skills in readiness for the ride proper.

NB: Each group will have an experienced leader with a couple of helpers (called sherrifs) you must listen and follow any instructions given by the group leaders. They have been chosen as leaders because they are very experienced cyslists and are there to help and keep everyone safe.
Group leaders and Sherrifs are identified by their bright orange jerseys - just like these two fine specimens!
